William Jeffrey Moss

William Jeffrey Moss, age 2 1/2, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022.

William was born in Moncks Corner, SC on his due date March 4, 2020. Ten days later, the country shut down due to Covid, which allowed us all the more time with him. In the 2 1/2 years since, William Jeffrey has shared his contagious smile with so many. 

Everything about or with his sisters was his favorite thing ever. They could convince him that anything was fun, even pretending to take naps. William loved reading time every morning with his mommy, with his favorite books being about construction sites and The Little Blue Truck. He loved Tuesdays, as it was Trash Truck Day.  A special thank you to the workers who made his day by honking the horn for him. William also loved riding in his Daddy’s truck and going on adventures with his family.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, whom we know are enjoying his company now. 

He is survived by his parents, Jeffrey Glenn and Brittany Drake Moss; sisters- Ry Ry (Leanna “Rylee”) and Sissy (Saralynn Grace); Granny and Pawpaw- Glenn “Pete” & Veva Moss; Grandmommy and Granddaddy- Paul and Martha Drake; Great-grandmother- Jesse “Marty” Drake; and numerous, wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins & family friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held in William’s honor at Pointe North Church on Saturday morning, November 12, 2022, at 11 o’clock, directed by Russell Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 9 o’clock until the hour of service
