Thomas Lee Murray

Thomas Lee Murray, 31, of Charleston, SC, born on September 23, 1991, the son of Susan Watkins and Michael Morgan Murray, went to be with the Lord on April 29, 2023.  

Thomas was a skilled electrician devoted family man, loving son, and brother.  Thomas was known for his sense of humor and caring nature. He had a gift for making people feel valued and loved, as well as having an infectious smile. 

In his free time, he loved spending time with his wife Rachel, and their children Noah, Olivia, Breanna, and Layla. Thomas enjoyed playing guitar and cheering for the Gamecocks. 

Thomas was predeceased by his father. He is survived by his wife Rachel Murray, his children Noah, Olivia, Breanna, and Layla, his mother Susan Watkins Hamer, his step-father Curtis Hamer, his brothers Ian Watkins and Covey Hamer; his sisters Nora Hamer (Jordan) and Shelly Williams (Josh); his uncle Matthew Murray, aunt Elizabeth Pinnell, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and family of SC and NC.  Thomas will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
