Sherlyn Doyne (Hansen) Hulbert

Sherlyn Doyne Hansen Hulbert, affectionately known as MiMi to her family, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2024, in Summerville, South Carolina. Born on April 12, 1945, in Igloo, South Dakota, to her loving parents Robert and Doyne Evans Hansen, Sherry lived a life rich with love and joy.

Sherry was the beloved wife of Robert Gary Hulbert, with whom she shared 56 years of marriage, woven with devotion and mutual support. She leaves behind a legacy through her daughter, Cynthia Vollertsen and her husband Todd, her son Brian Hulbert and his wife Sara, and her sister, Sandy Malony with her husband Johnny. Sherry's joy was multiplied by her cherished grandchildren, Zachary and Nichole Vollertsen, Bradley and Isabelle Hulbert, and Briar Buzza.

Finding happiness in the simplest of pleasures, Sherry treasured time with her family, whether it was creating memories at their cherished lake house, stitching together love through her sewing, or enjoying the camaraderie of a game of golf. Sherry's gentle presence and heartwarming smile will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
