Sally Jenness Malasky

Sally Jenness Malasky, 50, of Bonneau Beach, SC, wife to Joseph B. Malasky of 25 years, passed away on March 1, 2023, in her home surrounded by her loving husband and faithful companion, Dixie.

Born July 5, 1972, in Charleston, SC, Sally was the daughter of Robert Alan Jenness and Marilyn Johnson Jenness.

A loving wife, mother, and daughter, Sally graduated from St. Andrews High School, class of 1990. She later joined the Hoover Automotive Group as an Accounting Manager, where she met the love of her life and worked for 25 years.  Sally enjoyed boating throughout the Charleston waterways and vacations to Myrtle Beach and the mountains.  She will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor and for her kind-hearted spirit. It was well known by her family and friends that she would help anyone at any time. 

Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are a son- Bradon Malasky of Bonneau; a daughter- Rhiannon Malasky of North Charleston; and a sister- Lynn Jenness of James Island.

Her memorial service will be held at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Sunday afternoon, March 12, 2023, at 2 o’clock. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 1 o’clock until the hour of service.
