Harold Eugene Langevin, Sr., 89, of Moncks Corner, husband of Margaret Linda Craven Langevin, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021.
Harold was born February 17, 1932, in Barre, Vermont, the son of Arthur P. Langevin and Eva Helen Davis Langevin.
Mr. Langevin was a loving husband and father who served in United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed square dancing, camping and most of all helping others with home improvement projects.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son- Harold E. Langevin, Jr.; a daughter- Mary Jane Balli; two brothers- Wilford Langevin of Vermont; Donald Langevin of New Hampshire; a sister- Shirley Langevin of South Carolina; a step-daughter- Holly Cross and her husband, Daniel of Moncks Corner and several nieces.
His funeral service will be held at Friendship United Methodist Church in Cross, Sunday afternoon, December 5, 2021, at 2 o’clock. Interment will follow in the church cemetery directed by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 o’clock until the hour of service.
