William "Bill" James Jones, Jr., entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 17, 2012, at home with his loving children.
Bill was born November 21st 1952 in Mullens, West Virginia. He was the son of Thelma Perdue Sperlich and Milton E. Sperlich.
After graduation from Hanahan High School, he spent many years as a truck driver, driving all over the United States. He was a loving son, father, grandfather and brother.
Surviving are his son Eric Jones and daughter, Crystal (Scott) Jones, both of Ladson; grandchildren-Paige Dickerson; Dominic Jones; Mason Godfrey; Destiny Dickerson and Addison Jones; three sisters-Julie (David) Cramer of Holly Hill; Elizabeth Sperlich of Hanahan; and Donna (Phil) McKinnish of Chattanooga; and one brother - Lee (Gina) Sperlich of Hanahan; and many nieces and nephews.
Bill loved fishing and spending weekends outdoors, riding four-wheelers with his children and grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to attend his memorial service at Russell Funeral Chapel this Thursday evening, February 23, 2012 at 6 o'clock.
