Virginia Caselle

Virginia Caselle, 94, of Macedonia, a retired sales clerk with Burdines Department Store, passed away Monday, December 18, 2017.

Virginia was born November 17, 1923, in Liverpool, New York, a daughter of Anthony Brock and Rose Gasbarro Brock.

Married on October 9, 1943 to Francis Anthony Caselle, a WWII veteran, Virginia and Francis shared 56 years of marriage before his death on April 28, 1999. They were blessed with five children.

Born into a large Italian family, Virginia was an incredible Italian cook. She was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed reading and collecting Native American items.

Surviving are two daughters- Carla Heredia and her husband, Servando, of Macedonia and Karen Loper and her husband, John, of Coral Springs, Fla.; a son- Kevin Caselle and his wife, Carol, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.; two sisters- Clara Centore and Mary LeGrange of Syracuse, New York. She was predeceased by a daughter- Suzanne Caselle Hires and a son- John Caselle.
