Virgil Johnson

Virgil Johnson, 70, of Moncks Corner, widower of Barbara Ramsey Johnson, died Friday, February 3, 2012, at his residence.

Virgil was born April 2, 1941, in Barnesville, Georgia.

He was retired from the U.S. Navy, and was a Life Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, USA.

Surviving are his daughter – Vicki Rosenzweig of Jacksonville, Fl.; and five grandchildren – Jennifer Wyckoff; Mark Wyckoff; Daniel Rosenzweig; Ryan Rosenzweig; and Alex Rosenzweig.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Robin Wyckoff.

His graveside funeral service will be Monday, February 6, 2012, at 3:00 P.M. in Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens in Moncks Corner, with full military honors. Arrangements by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, MONCKS CORNER.
