Terri Hood Springs

Terri Hood Springs, 58, of St. Stephen, a homemaker and widow of Wayne Springs, passed away Saturday at her residence.

Terri was born October 20, 1954, in Summerville, a daughter of J. B. Hood and Olivia Russell Slaton.

Surviving are her father, J. B. Hood and his wife, Lois, of St. Stephen; her mother – Olivia Russell Slaton of Cordesville; a son – Brian
Wayne Springs and his wife, Tiffany, of St. Stephen; a daughter – Michelle Springs Gaskins and her husband, Rodney, of Macedonia; a step-daughter - Jeanie Sanchez of Macedonia;
2 sisters – Marlene H. Lynes of Cordesville and Patti H. Thompson and her husband, John, of Bonneau Beach; 6 grandchildren – Renae;
Haley; Andrew; Hanna; Timothy; and Wayne. She was prececeased by her brother – Bert Hood and a granddaughter – Vallery Springs.

Her funeral service will be held at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, MONCKS CORNER, Tuesday afternoon, February 12, 2013, at 1 o’clock.
Interment will follow in First Baptist Church of Cordesville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, between
6 and 8 o’clock Monday evening.
