Ruby Todd Cermola

Ruby Todd Cermola, of Summerville, South Carolina, passed away on October 30, 2026, at the age of 78. She was born on November 10, 1947, in Aynor, South Carolina.

Ruby will be remembered for the caring way she lived her life and for the love she gave to those closest to her. She retired as a cafeteria worker at Boulder Bluff Elementary School, where her work reflected a life of service and dedication. She also enjoyed playing bingo, a pastime that brought her happiness. Among the greatest joys of her life were her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Carmine Cermola, and by her parents, Charlie Todd and Erville Sellars Rabon.

Family and friends will remember Ruby with love and gratitude, and her memory will remain a lasting blessing to all who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Russell Funeral Chapel, 107 W Main St, Moncks Corner, South Carolina 29461. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Russell Funeral Chapel. Burial will take place at Plantation Memorial Gardens, 2847 South Live Oak Drive, Moncks Corner, South Carolina 29461.
