Roy Leland Farmer

Roy Leland Farmer, of Moncks Corner, husband of Marlene Mills Farmer, passed away at his home Saturday.

Roy was born March 9, 1940, in Anniston Alabama, a son of Joe S. Farmer and Pauline Tune Farmer.

He had retired as a manager with Walmart.

Surviving are his wife; a son – John Smith; a sister – Ellen Williams; a brother – Jim Farmer; and 2 grandchildren – Amber Smith and Macala Smith. He was predeceased by a daughter – Edna Smith; a sister – Jolene Harrill.

His memorial service will be held at Russell Funeral Chapel, Tuesday morning, July 1, 2014, at 11 o’clock.
