Robert Harry Poszich

Robert Harry Poszich, 86, of Moncks Corner, husband of Shelby Hedrick Poszich, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016, in a Mount Pleasant nursing home.

He was a U. S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and had retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company. He was a member of St. John's Bethel Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a son- Robert Gary Poszich of Decatur, Il.; a daughter- Tina Marie Poszich Ahlemann and her husband, Robert Otto Ahlemann, Jr., of Summerville; two grandchildren- Jared Alan Mathews and Chelsea Daine Ahlemann; a sister- Mary Maxine Gillespie of Princeton, W. Va.

A memorial service will be held at St. Johns Bethel Baptist Church, 133 St. Johns Bethel Street, Moncks Corner SC 29461, Saturday, May 28, 2016, at 1 o'clock. The family will receive friends at the church from 12 noon until the hour of service.
