Norman Berbage Grubb Jr.

Norman Berbage Grubb Jr. was born on September 28, 1939, in Cunard, W Va and grew up in Cunard. He was 86 yrs old when he passed away at his home in Moncks Corner, SC, on January 20, 2026. He was the youngest child of Gladys and Norman Grubb Sr, graduated from Fayetteville High School and served in the Marine Corps for 4 yrs.

For most of his adult life, he drove for either Continental Trailways or Greyhound long distance bus lines.

Norman was preceeded in death by his parents, his wife of 22 yrs, Geraldine, his 4 elder siblings, his step-brother, and 1 grandson.

He is survived by 2 children, Bruce Grubb (wife Bertie) of Hinton W. Va and Elizabeth Meadows (husband Beecher) of Talcott, W. Va, 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Also surviving Norman are his 2 half-sisters; Gazella “Gaye” Tanner and Angela Faye Pence, a step-sister, Brenda Lanham, many nieces, & nephews.

A graveside service will be held for Norman at the Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort, SC, on Thursday at 12 noon.
