Nevada Sage McCall

Nevada Sage McCall, age 31, of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, passed away on November 3, 2026. He was born on January 17, 1995, he spent his formative years growing up in Vidalia, Georgia.

Sage was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Storm McCall; his children, Alice McCall and Denim McCall; his mother, Janet Dykes McCall; his sister, Skye Whitley-Guzamn; his brother, Luke McCall; and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Steven Paul McCall. Sage’s family was the heart of his life, and he was happiest when everyone was together.

Sage served as Operations Manager at Hazlehurst First Baptist Church in Hazlehurst, Georgia. He then worked as a lineman at Sumter Utilities before joining Davey Tree Service as an arborist. In every role he held, Sage brought a strong work ethic, a steady presence, and a willingness to help wherever he was needed.

Outside of work, Sage lived life with enthusiasm and joy. He loved to play guitar, listen to music, golf, climb trees, cook, and ride his motorcycle. He had a deep love for Jesus and found comfort and strength in his faith. He also adored his children and his dogs, and he treasured the simple moments that made up a meaningful life. Those who knew him will remember his warm spirit, his easy smile, and the way he made others feel welcome and valued.

Sage will be remembered as a man who loved deeply, worked faithfully, and lived with a genuine appreciation for the people and blessings in his life. His presence brought joy to those around him, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Though his time on earth was far too short, the love he shared and the example he set will remain a lasting legacy.
