Mildred Dills Fann

Mildred Dills Fann, 82, of Moncks Corner, widow of Charles Leonard Fann, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in a Summerville hospital.

Mildred was born June 29 1932, in Spartanburg, S.C. the daughter of Paul Eugene Dills and Cleo Wilbanks Dills.

She had been a bookkeeper for both a construction and a tax company. Mrs. Mildred was a member of Cordesville First Baptist Church.

Surviving are 3 sons – James V. Saunders Sr., and his wife, Debbie, of Spartanburg; Charles R. Fann Sr. and his wife, Cynthia, of Goose Creek; Kevin T. Fann Sr. and his wife, Erica, of Moncks Corner; 2 daughters- Charlene F. Harvey and her husband, Mike, of Gloucester, Va.; Patricia F. Swearingen and her husband , Billy, of Virginia Beach, Va.; a brother- Douglas Dills of Spartanburg; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Eugene Dills.

Her graveside funeral service will be held in Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner, Friday afternoon November 14, 2014, at 2 o’clock, directed by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner.
