Marty Robin Britt

Marty Robin Britt, born on January 18, 1959, in Jamestown, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home on February 19, 2026. He is remembered as a loving father, devoted son and brother.

Marty shared a special bond with his surviving family, including his beloved mother, Ruth Martin Thomas; his son, Lance Britt; and his sister, Jackie Cooper, along with her husband, Roy. His family was the heart of his world, and he cherished the moments spent with them.

Marty is now reunited with those who have preceded him in death, including his father, Dan Britt; his wife, Tammy Brady Britt; his son, Marty Jr. (Pappy); and three brothers. Their memories live on in the hearts of many who knew and loved him.

A passionate outdoorsman, Marty found joy in fishing and hunting. These hobbies brought him peace and fulfillment, allowing him to connect with nature and spend time with loved ones.

The final farewell will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, with a graveside service at St. James United Methodist Church Cemetery in Jamestown. The service will begin at 11:00 AM.
