Lathan Emmett Milligan, infant son of Katherine Elizabeth Milligan, of Moncks Corner, died Saturday at the Medical University of S.C., in Charleston.
He is survived by his mother; his sister - Rylie Dangerfield; grandparents - Kelly Scarborough and L. E. Milligan III; aunt- Amber Scarborough; and uncle - Tony Ford; grandmother - Christina Ferrell; aunt - Nicole Goings and several cousins.
There will be a memorial service to celebrate his brief life on Thursday evening, October 28, 2010, between 6 and 7 o'clock at RUSSEL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner.
