June (Crowe) Morris

Thelma June Crowe Morris, 65, wife of Thomas E. Morris, Sr. passed away Tuesday March 31, 2020.

June was born June 3, 1954 in Charleston a daughter of Samuel Henry Crowe and Thelma Frierson Crowe.

A loving wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed cooking, June was a faithful member of her church, Revival Center in Summerville. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a son- Thomas E. Morris, Jr. and his wife, Haydee of Summerville; daughters- Shonna R. Burn and her husband, Richard of Moncks Corner; Tabetha L. Morris of Summerville; Brittney J. Morris of Ridgeville and Holly Gray of Summerville; two sisters- Joann Grooms and her husband, Daryl and Donna Dale Cannady; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and a special nephew- Jason Cannady. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother- Samuel Crowe.

Due to the current COVID-19 rules of social distancing, the family will be having a private graveside service at Plantation Memorial Gardens, Moncks Corner, Saturday afternoon April 4, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. directed by Russell Funeral Chapel.
