Gary R. Elsey, Sr., 84, of Moncks Corner, widower of Ramona M. Elsey, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at his residence.
Mr. Elsey was born April 21, 1930, at Charleston, son of Joseph Allen Elsey and Selma Mary Anne Davis Elsey.
He was a retired electrician and had served his country with the U.S. Army in Korea. Mr. Elsey was a member of Wassamassaw Baptist Church.
A graveside service will be held Thursday at 12 noon, January 15, 2015 in Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 River Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406.
