Dorothy Jean Reese Lowder

Dorothy Jean Reese Lowder, 83, of Isle of Palms, retired secretary for the Charleston Naval Shipyard, passed away Friday, February 6, 2015.

Dorothy was born March 14, 1931, in Pensacola, Florida, daughter of Eugene L. Reese and Marion Peterson Reese.

Surviving are a son- Lance Neal and his wife, Mary, of St. Stephen; a daughter- Susan Lowder and her husband, Charles, of Hartsville; a brother- Robert E. Reese and his wife, Bernanette, of Jay, Fla.; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Her graveside service will be held in Sunset Memorial Cemetery, St. Stephen, Tuesday afternoon, February 10, 2015 at 1 o’clock, directed by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner.
