Della Ann Metts Hunter

Della Ann Metts Hunter, 76, of Pinopolis, widow of Clarence Hunter, Sr., passed away September 15, 2012, in a Charleston hospital.

Mrs. Hunter was born August 10, 1936, in Moncks Corner, the daughter of John Clifford Metts and Julia Lee Metts Metts.

She was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church, and she was a homemaker.

Surviving are her children, Brenda Louise Frank and her husband, Glenn, of Moncks Corner; Johnny Hunter and his wife, Brenda, of Pinopolis; Mary A. Clarke and her husband, James, of Pineville; and C. Cecil Hunter of Pinopolis; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be held at Russell Funeral Chapel, Moncks Corner, Wednesday afternoon, September 19, 2012, at 4 o'clock. Interment will follow in Friendship United Methodist Church Cemetery in Cross. The family will receive friends at Russell Funeral Chapel between 6 and 8 o'clock Tuesday evening.
