Cindy Garrow Horton, 66, of Summerville, formerly of Moncks Corner, a retired educator and widow of William "Bill" Horton passed away Wednesday December 23, 2020.
Cindy was born November 22, 1954 in Norfolk, Virginia a daughter of Ronald and Emily Hundley Smoak.
To honor Cindy's wishes, no services will be held.
