Allan "Bud" J Kappeler

Allan “Bud” J. Kappeler. Beloved husband of Elizabeth Smith Kappeler. Loving father of Eric Andrew Kappeler, and step-father of Angela Bowman and her husband, Jeff, Tina Zeigler and her husband, Jeff, and Danielle Kennedy. Adored grandfather and great-grandfather. Dear brother of James Kappeler and Francis Karpenski and her husband, Tony. Bud passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the age of 81.

Bud honorably served his country in the US Navy for 20 plus years. He loved fishing and bowling in the years prior to a massive stroke some 20 years ago. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and his community.

His funeral service will be held at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Monday, January 31, 2022 at 1 o’clock. The family will receive friends at Russell Funeral Chapel at 12 o’clock until the hour of service.
