Carolyn Randall Pierson, 83, of Bonneau, widow of Walter Francis Pierson, passed away Monday, June 17, 2019.
Carolyn was born January 13, 1936 in Blandanville, Illinois a daughter of the late Frank D. Randall and Wilma Pendleton Randall.
A member of Providence Baptist Church, Carolyn was a devoted Christian. She sang in the choir and participated in most church activities, she was also known to be a prayer warrior. She enjoyed gardening and mowing her grass, she loved her family very much and although many of them lived away, she communicated with them often through phone calls she would make each Saturday.
Surviving are two daughters- Pamela L. Brooks and her husband, Bradley of Bonneau; Patricia G. Breuhl and her husband, Richard of Bonneau; two sons- David M. Pierson and his wife, Susan of Atoka, Tn.; Toby D. Pierson and his wife, Susan of Baltimore, MD.; two brothers- Carl Randall and his wife, Kay of Modesta, IL.; Frank Randall, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ.; one sister- Judy Townsend and her husband, Gary of Farmington, Iowa; six grandchildren- Joshua, Jacob, Audrey, Conner, Alec and James Kyle; four great grandchildren- Jayda, Abigail, Noah and Olivia.
Her funeral service will be held at Providence Baptist Church, Saturday morning June 22, 2019 at 11 o’clock. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 o’clock until the hour of service.
