Constance Hagin Dorn

Constance Hagin Dorn, 77, of Moncks Corner, wife of William B. Dorn, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012, in a Moncks Corner hospital.

She was born March 31, 1935, in Augusta, Ga., the daughter of Beryl Hagin and Helen Wall Hagin.

Constance was retired as a cafeteria employee with the Berkeley County Schools, where she was known for her "fabulous biscuits" at Whitesville Elementary.

Surviving in addition to her husband, are a son - Tim Dorn and his wife, Susanne, of Summerville; 4 daughters - Carol Rudd and her husband, Ronald, of Spotsylvania, VA; Sherry Clark and her husband, Raymond, of Augusta, GA; Marjorie Ansley of Augusta, GA; and Diane Jordon of North Charleston; a brother - Allen Hagin and his wife, Mary Helyn, of Atlanta, GA; 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be held in Calvary Baptist Church, Friday morning, June 15, 2012, at 11 o'clock. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, directed by Russell Funeral Chapel of Moncks Corner. The family will receive friends at Russell Funeral Chapel Thursday evening, June 14, between 6 and 8 o'clock.
